Artworks that arrive damaged or significantly misrepresented are eligible for a full refund.

Change-of-mind returns within 14 days may be subject to a processing fee, as outlined in our full Return Policy.

Artworks are carefully prepared and typically shipped within 5–10 business days after purchase. International delivery usually takes 2–6 weeks, depending on destination and customs processing.

Large-scale sculptures (over 0.5 m in height) are prepared with special care. Delivery typically takes around 2–3 months, reflecting their scale and craftsmanship.

Objects are generally processed and delivered within 5–7 business days after purchase.

For artworks, we offer complimentary standard shipping, including professional, protective packaging.
For objects, a small shipping fee may apply, calculated at checkout based on your location.
