Refund policy

At ONE ART, we want you to love your artwork. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy from the date you receive your item.

Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same pristine condition as when you received it. It must be securely repackaged in its original packaging, including all protective materials and documentation.

Return Scenarios & Refunds:
Your refund is determined by the reason for the return:

  1. Damaged or Misrepresented Artwork:
    If your artwork arrives damaged, or is significantly different from its original description, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method, including any standard shipping costs.

  2. Change of Mind:
    If you simply change your mind, you may return the artwork within 14 days for a refund to your original payment method, less a 20% processing fee (calculated from the total purchase amount). Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable in this case.

How to Initiate a Return:
To start a return, please contact us at oneartglobal@gmail.com within the 14-day window. Include your order number, a detailed description, and supporting evidence (e.g., images). Our team will evaluate your request and provide further instructions within 10 business days.

Please note: Returns sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the item.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "final sale" or on clearance.

Refunds Processing:
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. The refund amount will be in USD and subject to the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since our approval, please contact us at oneartglobal@gmail.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at oneartglobal@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation:

Because each artwork is professionally packed and prepared for shipment shortly after an order is placed, cancellations are only accepted within 24–48 hours of purchase.

  • If the order has not yet shipped:
    A refund will be issued to your original payment method, minus a 5% payment processing fee. (Payment processors such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and credit card networks do not refund transaction fees to merchants.)

  • If the order has already shipped:
    The order can no longer be canceled. However, once the artwork is delivered, you may request a return in accordance with our Return Policy.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. Unauthorized cancellations or chargebacks will not be accepted.
